Nordic Light Region #32 - Convention Karlstad 16 - 17 May 2025
Nordic light Region 32 choruses and quartets will compete in exciting Nordic Championships 2025.
Convention activities such as competitions, Show of Champions and Saturday dinner, will take place at Karlstad CCC (KCCC).
Afterglow Friday night will take place at Headquarter Hotel Scandic Winn.
Update 250112:
To compete in the regional competition you need to register both with SA and with NLR. Registrations to SA is made via the button link below to the competitor portal, registrations to NLR is made via the button NLR Registration. Deadline for quartets March 17, deadline for choruses March 18. (Late entry with additional fee April 1 and April 2)
New this year is that you don't need to create separate Lists of competing members for choruses. The list to SA of competing members (found in the competitor portal) is the only list you need to create. Fill in the names of your competing chorus members, send a copy to [email protected], print the list and have all members sign and bring that printed list to chorus briefing on competition day.
Update 250109:
Lisa Greenough will now serve as Visual Communication category judge in the region #32 competitions.
Any new quartet that decides to form after January 15 will be charged an additional processing fee of $30 USD, per the Quartet Handbook. Please keep in mind that new quartets planning to compete in regional competition must be registered with the organization at least 60 days prior to your contest date.
