To ensure that everyone gets as fair an evaluation as possible, please fill out this form, bring it and hand it in at Chorus/Quartet Briefing. It will work as a tool for Panel Secretary when timing the songs and for the photographer and the light technician so they will  know when to take the picture as well as turn out the light.
